What is a managed service provider?
A managed service provider (MSP) is an outsourced IT team. Instead of paying per emergency, you pay a predictable monthly fee and we look after your technology proactively: support, maintenance, security and planning.
Do you come onsite?
Yes. Most problems are fixed remotely within minutes. When something needs hands on, like new computers, a network install or a machine that won't start, a technician comes to you. Full Stack includes scheduled onsite visits.
Can you look after the servers we already have?
Yes. We take over Windows and Linux servers in your office or in the cloud: patching, monitoring, backups, Active Directory, file shares and permissions. When a server is near the end of its life, we plan the replacement or the move to the cloud with you.
How is pricing structured?
Plans are priced per user, per month, and include remote support, monitoring and security tools. One-time projects are quoted separately with a fixed scope. Your quote follows a free assessment, so it reflects your actual setup.
We already have an IT person. Can you still help?
Yes. We can work alongside in-house staff, taking on the help desk, security tools or projects so your team can focus on bigger work.
Can you take over from our current IT provider?
Yes. We handle the transition: collecting passwords and documentation, reviewing contracts and licenses, and coordinating with your current provider so nothing gets dropped.
Can you manage the software licenses we already have?
Yes. We review what you have, remove unused seats, move you to the right plan at renewal and take over day-to-day license management.
Do you build websites and apps for businesses that aren't IT clients?
Yes. Development projects can stand alone. If we also manage your IT, we already know your systems, which makes integrations faster.
